Hurray! We are up and running!
Hello world! :)
It's Christmas Day 2012, and I finally got around to starting my "Let's Go Vegan ... ish" blog.
Cool blog, I want to contribute my favorite Vegan friendly recipe for chocolate cake. It is actually not written to be vegan, it just happens to have no eggs or butter in it and it is awesome, chocolatey and rich and I get tons of compliments whenever I make it
The chocolate cake looks awesome! I'm glad you posted it here so I can easily find it again. I actually love sweets with frosting, but I am trying to cut back .... do you think this cake would be good as just the cake, with a dusting of powdered sugar on top?
Also, yes, I would love to try your Vegan Sweet Potato Ravioli with coconut sauce. That sounds like something Jeff would love. Can you e-mail me the recipe, or do you have a link to it on your blog already?
I think that cake is great plain but I'm not a big frosting fan to begin with. I think powdered sugar would make a great topping.
Here's a copy of my recipe, I put it on instructables, with all of the steps: http://www.instructables.com/id/Sweet-Potato-Ravioli-with-Coconut-Curry-Sauce/
First post :-)
